Simon is a Senior Associate of Salamander. He has been Singapore-based for more than 30 years. In 1993 he set up REL Consultancy, to deliver working capital solutions to technology companies regionally.

After REL was successfully sold to the Hackett group, Simon held leading roles with A T Kearney, where he co-founded the regional energy practise, and with Accenture as Strategy lead in the Resources practice.

Simon subsequently founded ACG Global with other Accenture alumni. In December 2023, ACG will celebrate 25 years of successfully delivering growth and balance sheet solutions to clients of all sizes.

Simon is Asia correspondent for global Finance NY, and for two decades has written and broadcast on Asia business and economics on BBC Radio and TV.

He published the best-selling “Let the Cash Flow” in 2021, to help start-ups and SMEs improve cash management and receivables.

Simon is an Honours graduate of New College Oxford and coaches many senior executives in both start-ups and leading global enterprises.
