Sarab is a co-founder of Salamander, and also leads its Project Management Office as a Service (PMOaaS) practice.

He is a Singaporean and has led the Asia Pacific Services organisation as Senior Vice President for NTT, which represents a US$1.7 billion portfolio across 13 countries. As part of the role, Sarab was also regional CEO of Training Partners. Previously, he was the Director of Professional Services at Orange Business Services (OBS) in Asia Pacific, as well as holding Sales roles at the same company.

Sarab has worked with startups on their Services Strategy, focusing on generating profits while delivering Client Outcomes and keeping cost to a minimum.

Sarab has a BSc in Computer Science from Dalhousie University in Halifax and has undertaken a Data Analytics course from the Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania.
