Marco is a mechanical engineer with a strong background in automotive and deep-tech product development. I’ve played key roles at companies such as Ferrari and Bugatti-Rimac before founding TechDel Consulting. At Ferrari, I contributed to the development of groundbreaking models like the LaFerrari and California T. Later, I led the development of the 812 Superfast and as Head of Hybrid Vehicle Testing, I established a new department to support the new family of hybrid vehicles (SF90, 296GTB).

My journey included a transformative two-year backpacking trip around the world, which culminated in my role as Head of Vehicle Development at Rimac Automobili. There, I applied my expertise to secure the launch of the 1914hp full-electric Nevera and Volkswagen’s investment in the company.

Now, I am the founder of TechDel Consulting, a firm specialized in supporting deep-tech industries to scale up, streamlining product development, mitigating risks, reducing costs, and offering strategic guidance and risk management for successful market launches and sustained growth.
