Andy is a co-founder of Salamander and leads the Chief Revenue Officer as as Service (CROaaS) practice.

A resident of Singapore since 1991, he has extensive international experience across Asia, Europe, the USA and ANZ having lived in the UK, USA, New Zealand, Australian and Japan.

Andy has a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Sussex, starting his career in global IT operations and business support at Exxon and American Express.

In Asia he has worked for Amex, Orange Business Services and NTT (formerly Datacraft & Dimension Data) in various roles covering pre-sales, consulting, alliance management and as regional CTO for APAC.

More recently Andy was global head of Go-to-Market for NTT, based in London, and most recently Presidio’s VP for APAC.

His skills lie in value proposition creation, demand generation, sales operations, consulting, pre-sales and partner management.
