Arnaud Klineberg, a Senior Associate at Salamander Advisory, has nearly three decades of success in management consulting, VC/PE ventures, and large companies. Based in Asia for 20 years, he was formerly VP of SAP’s Digital Hub, enhancing Cloud sales and reducing CAC. At Tricor, he led global commercial operations, transforming sales and marketing and driving significant growth, leading to a 2021 exit valued at 2.76 billion USD.

Currently advising VC and PE funds and serving as fractional COO for PeoplesHR, Arnaud is an expert in building agile organizations for rapid growth. He is a Rice University and Wharton Executive Education graduate.
