Theresa Tan
Senior Associate

Theresa Tan is a senior associate with Salamander, and leads its Client Success practice.

Theresa spends a large part of her career building new revenue streams for large companies, for example: created an alternative learning business for NTT (previously Datacraft/Dimension Data) through the acquisition of a competitor; brought direct selling model Dell.com from US to Asia; spearheaded new Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) service for Korn/Ferry Futurestep; and part of Cap Gemini expansion to Asia through an acquisition (before the acquisition of EY). She also leads two start-ups – an award-winning e-learning company (ICUS) that was acquired by Oliver Wyman, and most recently, a consulting firm (YBR).

Since 2016, Theresa was the early adopter of TSIA’s LAER (Land, Adopt, Expand, Renew) model for building recurring revenue for tech companies, through a client success model.

Theresa holds a Master of Arts (Asian Art Histories) from Goldsmiths, University of London, as well as a Bachelor of Science (Computer and Information Sciences) from National University of Singapore.
