Shabnam is a seasoned growth and marketing executive with 20 years of experience in global, regional and country roles. She has a diverse background across various industries, predominantly financial services and technology, working in a mix of small start-up and boutique agencies to larger, leading multinational organizations such as Google, J.P. Morgan, American Express, ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Standard Chartered Bank and HSBC.

Shabnam’s expertise lies in strategic marketing to primarily drive commercial growth, acquire and engage customers, enhance user experience, launch products, support brand development and accelerate digital transformation. Her holistic experience spans brand building, business development and partnerships, customer analytics and insights, product marketing and value proposition development, integrated go to market plans, digital marketing and transformation, communications, thought leadership and marketing operations.

Shabnam has an MBA from Harvard Business School and completed her undergraduate degree in Economics from Swarthmore College in Pennsylvania, US. She formerly served as a Board Member for the HBS Alumni Club of Singapore and led the New Ventures and SME Committee, running advisory and mentorship sessions with start-ups in conjunction with ecosystem partners.
