John has held key leadership roles at renowned companies such as Sitecore, Red Hat, and Symantec, where he demonstrated expertise in Customer / Client Success, Service Delivery, Service Operations and Customer Support. 

A Singapore citizen originally from Ireland, John holds a Master’s degree in Management of Technology from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Computer Engineering from Trinity College Dublin. John is certified, with credentials including Customer Success Management (CCSM), Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP), ITIL v4 Expert, PMI (PMP), and LEAN Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
