Dilip is a Permanent Residence of Singapore since 1999 with over 25 years of leadership experience in finance and operations. His career includes significant roles in Business Finance, Sales Strategy, Sales Operations across APJ. He is known for driving finance operations, developing business strategies and mentoring dive3rse teams.

Most recently, Dilip served as Head of APEX (IaaS) & Solutions Center of Competency at Dell. Prior to that, he held the position of COO Office GTM Strategy & PMO at Dell. His other notable roles include CFO for Specialty Storage Business Units at DellEMC, CFO of Business Finance JAPAC at Adobe, Services CFO for BRIC/APJC at Sun Microsystems, and Regional Finance for Asia at Nortel Networks. His expertise includes strategy development, XaaS transition, diversity and inclusion advocacy, and solving complex business problems.

Dilip began his career as an entrepreneur in India, followed by roles at E&Y Consulting and the Birla Group. He is dedicated to helping small and medium-sized companies succeed and is passionate about coaching and mentoring budding professionals.
